Notes:
A) At the top of page two is the following: "There has not been an accident for ___ days." The workers count safe days. Every day workers write a different number in the space. After an accident, the workers begin at zero again. Research suggests that this is among the most effective methods used to enhance workplace safety.
B) At the bottom of page two is the following: "Is the person beside you being safe?"
C) Below are translations of each workplace safety tip in the document. Numbers here correspond with the numbers in the paper.
(1) Work together. (2) Don't try to do everything by yourself. (3) Lift with your legs. (4) Don't lift with your back. (5) Build carefully with support. (6) Don't carry too much. (7) Put garbage in a good place. (8) Don't throw garbage in the river. (9) Drink lots of water. (10) Help each other. (11) Make good teams. (12) Work slowly and patiently. (13) Be safe with tools. (14) Put things away. (15) Drive slowly through the work site. (16) Wash your hands well after working.
D) This document is designed to help the younger generation be safe at a building site. Please send suggestions anytime.
